Dear Friends,
Q: One Public limited company is in default of Sales Tax, as per the Maharshtra land revenue code they can recover the same by selling the assest of company, movables, immovables,...... But now there are nothing to recover from the company, In that case wheather the directors of the company are individually liable for the same ? if yes How? if no Why ?
