Salary payment from closed company

Dear Sirs Kindly advice me regarding salary payment from the company which has been declared closure from Aug 2016.Factory license is surrendered , full & final payment has been made to its employees.Only remaining seven person's p.f.was being deducted till March 2017.From April 2017 There is no any deduction. Please advice whether two remainng person can be paid their salary from the company account after 2/3 months as new recruitment. regards shailesh pandey
