We have faced one bribe issue. We have filed appeal before Commissioner (Appeal) - Income tax. However, he has asked us 10 lacks as bribe to pass order in our favor. However, we have rejected to give him and we have argued before him entire case. We have submitted favorable judgment of high court and supreme court. However, without considering our judgment he has passed order. His order is also not proper speaking order as per law.
So now we want to file petition against him in Mumbai High court for not following procedure of law.
