Companies Act , 1956 provides for appointment and payment of remuneration to the Directors, however, in case if unlised public company which has filed Form 25C for appt and remuneration of its WTD, want to stop payment of remuneraiton to directors with the consent of directors, is their any provisions and if no, what should be the procedure for effecting this. Do we need to intimate ROC for this.
An EGM passed for above appt and remuneration gives enabling authority to board.
