I gave notice U/S 190(Special Notice) 14 days before the Annual General Meeting for NOT REAPPOINTINg
one of the joint Auditors at Annual General Meeting read with sec. 225 with resolution as under:
" Resolved that M/s abc & Co. Chartered Accountant ,joint Statutory Auditor not to be reapponted from the conclution of this Annual General Meeting to the conclution of next annual general meeting"
I am holding 500 shares of the company.
Company replied that it is not in accordance with law without giving HOW it is not comlying the provisions of the companies act, 1956
The Company has ignored my Notice.
What are the REMEDIES available to me?
The registered office of the company is situated at KOLKATA.
