Sir,
l temporarily reside in Panchkula under rent agreement contract. l have changed my aadhar adress to that of the rent adress and also have a bank account in Panchkula. I wish to purchase a car, but according to the Panchkula RTA, for the registration of a vehicle aadhar and voter cards are mandatory as an adress proof. Also a magestrial rent agreement will be an eligible document. But ionly posses a bankpassbook, an aadharcard and a notary rent agreement. Please suggest an option. Thanks.
