In November 2021, Mom & I purchased a flat and Mom's name is the primary 1st name followed by my name but Society has still not displayed our names on the Society's Name Board. They are asking me to bear the expense of the name change on the Society Name Board.
Where as we have already paid the NOC Charges of Rs. 30,000/- while purchasing the ReSale flat.
How to handle this issue...?
