One of the consignment got lost while shifting thru Chennai packers and movers. There is no proper response even after doing repeated follow-up. Since i am moving outside country shortly wat are the other ways to handle this problem other than consumer court (assuming i need to be here if i take it thru consumer court). Please advice.
