Refund of stamp duty

Hi,

I have purchased a flat in last week of Nov-12 & paid required stamp duty+registration fees to builder. Build has done franking and registration was done successfully. This was done in Pune Maharashtra.

In first week of May-13, have signed the cancellation deed for same flat with a reason that I am unable to pay the rest of the money to the builder because bank has not sactioned the said loan amount and hence want to cancel the agreement.

Now I want to apply for refund of stamp duty?

Query:

how can I apply for stamp duty?

how much will I get in refund?

Required documents?

Please accept my thanks in advance to all the experts answering to my query.

dear sir

once registration was seccessfully completed there is no reason to claim refund of stamp duty and you cannot claim an refund because you already completed process of registration
