I had booked a flat in a reputed society and have deposited 10% booking and 10% allotment amount in time.
The rest had to be 80% of the bank loan. But despite considerable efforts could not get a loan.So now I want to take my money back from builder. While it was verbally committed by director at the time of booking that if the bank does not loan the money will be refunded.
I want to get my money back safely by your well expert legal opinion.
Please help me.
