rectification deed before going for sale deed

Sir, myself balaji, selling a property having wrong direction of North and other direction s in schedule of property.is it requires to go for the rectification deed before going for sale deed by the vendor with change in the direction. Or is it possible to change the directions in the new sale deed. kindly help me reply for my query.
