PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY A FACILITY. THERE ARE NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON RECORD AS BOTH DEPARTMENTS HAVE DIFFERENT DUE DATES.
COMPANIES MAY CONTINUE TO DO THEIR COMPLIANCE IN REGULAR SEPERATE CHALLANS TILL CLEAR CUT INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORMAT TILL THE NOTIFICATION IS NOT ISSUED.

Dear Experts,
Thanks for valuable information. But it was accepted only ESIC, still the concern PF authorities are yet to respond on this. RPF Offices are not yet declared yet. So is it come into force w.e.f. 01st April, 2010 ?

When the directions have followed from Labour Ministry then is it required that PF Authorities should consent to it?
dear sir,
upto now our istitute has no ESI account.what we have to do from 1st april and how to pay the challans from april month.
Though there is instructions from Central PF to all the RPFC, both the departments are not clear about its usuabe from 1st April 2010...we have to wait for their advise and i learnt that the instructions will come to each and every registered employer of both the departments
