Does the firm propose or intend to utilise the land for agricultural purpose?

A LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) can purchase agricultural land, but with certain restrictions

Generally, agricultural land must be used for agricultural purposes, and non-agricultural use requires specific permissions.

If the LLP intends to use the land for industrial purposes, it can do so if the land is in an area designated for industrial use.

The primary restriction is that agricultural land is intended for agricultural activities.

If an LLP purchases such land, it is expected to be used for farming or related activities.

If the LLP intends to use the land for purposes other than agriculture (e.g., setting up an industry), it will likely need to obtain permission from the relevant authorities to convert the land's use from agricultural to non-agricultural.

Yes, a LLP can purchase land if it (land) is to be used for same purpose as it has been provided
