Husband's share in wife's ancestral property

Daughter has inherited a property from her father after his death (it’s a self acquired property of the father) and her mother has also demised.
Father has 2 sons and a daughter. The Daughter dies intestate, leaving behind her husband and a daughter.
My question is does the husband of the deceased female has any rights in the property.

Yes as per Hindu Succession Act husband and their children are  legal heirs of wife ,in case wife dies intestate then her property rights devolve to husband and children.

As per the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, the husband of a deceased woman is entitled to a share in the property she inherited from her father, along with their children.

If the wife dies intestate (without a will), her property, including what she inherited from her father, will be divided among her husband and children.

The general rule for succession in such cases dictates that the property is inherited by the woman's sons and daughters, her husband, and the children of any predeceased sons or daughters.

The husband and children will inherit the property simultaneously and equally

The father had 2 sons and one daughter, and the daughter and her two brothers have equal rights over the property of the father if he dies intestate.  The daughter has died, her husband and children have equal rights over her share.
