Rcop rca stay

Dear All We have been running RCOP case and court issued Eviction order after argument. Now the opponent has moved to HC and got 1 month stay in RCA. Following are my query. 1) After one month, can we vacate the tenant? 2) How long does it take more to complete the case (tentatively) 3) The property is in loan and we are in very tough situation. We are thinking of becoming default. Can bank take over the possession while case is no?
