Ans:- No.

circumstances. There should be specific finding
about the person who is in possession of suit
property.

mandatory injunction ?
Ans:- 1-Strong prima facie case in favour of plaintiff.
2-Balance of convenience.
3-Irreparable injury.

performing second marriage can be granted ?
Ans:- Performing of second marriage is itself an offence. Hence, court will grant injunction restraining
defendant from performing second marriage.
