Query regarding path

Dear all, I have a query regarding the path that leads to my property. The scenario is lyk its a belt of property with three owners and my property is located at the end.the owner who is at the starting has given 8 to 10 ft way for walking but the second owner who is in thr centre has just given less than 2ft way to walk that leads to my property. It is very difficult for us to walk on that way as his family member continuously blocking the way. When we have spoken to them about the situation they have said it is our property. my property is surrounded by compound wall of other property the only way out is from their property. So can you please tell what needs to be done or is there any law regrading the same that may help us and also we have complained to bmc also about the scenario but they have not helped use. Thanks
