Query regarding flat

sir,

i have purchased flat in year 2010 july and registry done and all papers done  on my name and me living ..then aftr many months i got notice that from court that ... from whom i purchased flat he earlier taken token money of rs 60000 on agreement and rest money plantif didnt paid to him and they also have to exchange their flats for the same but the didnt done.. and that person(plantiff) file case againts him now(frm whom i purchased flat)..and me facing unnecessary hearing for that bcz i have the property as defendant no 2.  and plantiff said that he had taken status quo for the flat on june befr the defendant no 1 sold to me(defendent no-2) but defendent no 1 said that he didnt receive any receipt of that order. so sir tell me is their any harm to my prperty as i m owner of it now and registry on my name .bcz i didnt done any wrong thing here but facing dates. once registry done in court is still their problm fr me bcz i m owner of flat. and facing dates as defendnt 2. and plantif again and again raising voice for he need flat only. and we already faced mediation and now lok adalat v goin thru and evidenc alrdy colctd..me owner and have registry on my name. sir reply pls

You have to catch hold of your vendor strongly for the relief you require now.  It is no fault of yours that the vendor played fraud upon his previous purchaser.   Better engage your own advocate and fight back your case properly or you will stand to lose your property besides being harassed for having roped in to the civil litigation and running from home to court to office etc. That is why, one should obtain a proper legal opinion before purchasing any such asset.

sir what should i do now... as i m defendant no 2 in this ..as i dont have any fault in this still suffering..is court not see as i m harrased here and i have purchased the flat...what max plantif can get bcz he has only given rs 60000..i hv already purchsed flat...and if he is not able to prove that defendant no 1 has received the court interim ordr receipt..which he is not able to prove till yet..then what ll happen.?
