I vacated a commercial property under section 13 a of East urban Punjab rent act 1949. and after that I filed a case on the landlord after 10 months of leaving the property. case under 13(4) of the same act. repossession of the same property that after execution of the tenant the landlord has to immediately start his business. which landlord failed to start. my question is can u supply me some cases in which apex court had made judgements, and can landlord sale the same property as civil suit is still pending.
