Property sale via endorsemen

I  had bought one property In Gugraon in Resale Via the endorsement  done by Builder  in 2011. I got the loan on the property.  and finally got posession in 2016. I sold the property in Mar 2018 again via the endorsement  by Builder. The buyer payed be partly via own funds and rest via loan by a Financial institution  in all White. Is there any legal issue with this sort of builder transfer via endorsement. Any advice would be appreciated.

Ji, to me it is not a problem.

1. In Investor's property, the buyer does not actually register the property in name of investor.  Apprehensively you had purchased a investors flat and builder would have jointly signed as "consenting & confirming party", which is legal enough for all futuristic legal purposes.  Both the transaction are legal enough, though in second transaction, the builders endorsement was not actually required.
