Property sale deed validity

Hi sir,

I paid for a property in 2013, there was a agent in between me and the seller.

He drafted all the agreement papers.

The agreement signed by 3 people as eye witness.

Agreement was recipt of the amount payed by me.

The agreement was notarised.

Agent also signed as eye witness among 3 people.

After taking payment, the seller said that he will register it in my name whenever i say.

But, the value of the property began to rose in 2 -3 months.

Then the seller started demanding more money for registry.

After 6 months i filed a case against him.

In reply he says, that the agent made him sign the blank papers and agreement is fake.

He says, he dosen't even know the buyer (me).

Also he says i took him to the court for notary in alcoholic condition.

He says he has two or three eye witness when the agent made him sign the papers.

Also, i got to know that the eye witness he is talking about is a land mafia who is currently in central jail.

Other witness of whom he is taking are related to realestate business.

please can you tell me how should i fight the case and what are my chances..

You have not informed us about the nature of case, i.e., civil or criminal. If it is suit for specific performance, the chances are bright in getting through.

I had filed a civil case sir.

The case was drafted by my lawyer.

It had all the stuff written that had happened to me.

And the seller is demanding more money that non ethical.

And i want the land to be transferred to my name.

If is suit for specific performance, you do have a good chance, if it  is some other suit based on additional grounds i cannot comment on that.. Anyway nothing to add, i wish you all the best
