Quick Summary
This discussion revolves around a complex property rights issue involving an ancestral property. The original poster, NRK Murthy, details a situation where his father, who had two wives and multiple children, divided property among them, excluding one son. Murthy received a registered gift deed for his share 12 years ago and has been paying taxes. He also incurred significant expenses for his father's medical care. The core questions are about the legality of the situation and how to overcome these inheritance challenges.

1. You have not described any problems.

2. You have only narrated a Story.
