Property dispute

Hello Experts,

My Grandfather aged 87 Years died in 2011.He has written a Will in which he has given his house (which was his sole property) in the name of my Father. 50% of the will is registered in my fathers name and the rest 50% is is registered in my Grandmothers name . He did not gave anything to my uncle (Father's elder brother) in the will. Now after 2.5 Years after his death, my uncle is challenging the will.

He has filed a case against my grandmother and my father and has claimed himself to be the legal heir of the property and has said that we live their house illegally and we have no right to pay property tax of the house.

My Grandmother is bedridden and very old. My Uncle comes to our place and forces her indirectly to give the 50% of the share which is in Grandmother's name to him and not to my father. However, my Grandmother wants to give her share in property to my father after her.

Please advice us what should we do. We have the registered copy of the 50% share given to us. The remaining 50% share in the name of my grandmother is also with us.

Please suggest, should we report this to the local police as he threatens us with fake calls in the midnight, verbally abuses us and threatens that he will commit a suicide and blame my family for his condition.

Please Suggest.

Thanks & Regards.
