Request you if you can pls give your expert advice to below query as one of my friend asked me "If a person is planning to buy a flat for around 30 Lacs but enters into agreement for 25 Lacs and pay the remaining 5 Lacs as cheques to the seller but not mentioned in the agreement. Is it legally allowed to do so for both parties. This is to save on the stamp duty and registration fees.
