Dear Team,
I have a given an amount of 1,45,000/- to a friend who was in need. He is not giving back for the past 8 months.
I have taken 3 promissory notes with his signature on 1 Rs Revenue stamps, 3 Cheques and 100 Rs stamp papers from him without any date. But he doesn't have any properties. He is having only 3 lac rupees and Two motor cycles. He told me that he will give the money after 6 months.
If he didn't give me the money, what is need to be done.
And what are the limitations of Promissory Notes (Which I have taken in Stationary shop), Cheque and 100 Rs Stamp.
