Prolonged mental harassment

Dear Forum, I am a chartered accountancy student and its been 5 months my principal is not allowing me transfer.So I am not able to join anywhere.I refused to go Manesar that was 2.5 hrs away one way from my home.I was being suspended and it was 3 months long I was not allowed to join.To solve the matter and so that I could continue my articleship I approached institute to help to solve matter amicably.I have begged pleaded and even my parents did their best by all requests and meeting my principal personally to solve the matter.My original documents are also in custody of firm and I feel tortured each day being tagged as mentally handicap that i could not tracel and pleasing to let me go. He demands back all the stipend that I got in 2 years to get a reansfer order signed. Request your help as I am not able to join and to him no one matters except his ego.
