I am now posted as PGT at kv porbandar,my spouse is also a PGT in kv at trivandrum.we both served hard area posting. I SPENT 08+ years in hard area jaisalmer and srinagar(j &k).I was posted to kerala ,trivandrum in june 2010 and in sept 2010 posted on promotion to porbander. I had represented for modification of place of posting to trivandrum as my post was vacant in the school where my spouse was posted, but the asst. commissioner of chennai region made a remark that the post i had asked for was subjudice and so my request was turned down. but with in a week another lady from a nearby station was posted there.I had to join a station 2700km from home.
my wife is a severe rheumatado arthritis patient and we have 2 kids aged 7 & 2+ yrs old. kindly suggest remedy available to me. Is there any govt rule or supreme court / high cort or CAT order reg. spouse posting. Do help me.
