Port - a factory or an establishment

Hi Anand,

As per my understanding, port is a service place where ships are loading and unloading the material so it should cover under the provision of Bombay shops and Establishment.

Port is not a factory or an establishment under Shops Act.

Port fall under the provisions of Indian Ports Act 1908.
