police harrassment

I need a legal advice and help. I am being mentally harrassed and tormented by police officers for over a span of 8 years now behind the scenes. I am being kicked out of my own house, food eateries, jobs based on police instructions with no complaint lodged against me on paper. I am being harrassed by hr professional who are directly calling me and Illtreating me over phone. I am not even getting a job of my own choice. kindly let me know wat is the right step I can take to get rid of police harrassment.People are abetting me to committ suicide.
