pls suggest

I HAVE BOUGHT A FLAT IN THE HEART OF THE CITY IN PATNA MUNICIPAL 5 YEARS AGO. MY BUILDER PROVIDED ME MAP OF THE BUILDING PASSED FROM PRDA . ON THE BASIS OF WHICH I GOT MY HOUSING LOAN PASSED AND ALSO I ALSO GOT REGISTERED THE FLAT IN REGISTRY OFFICE THROUGH REGISTRAR. NOW I HAVE COME TO KNOW RECENTLY THAT THE MAP OF THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION RECEIVED FROM THE BUILDER IS NOT CORRED AND IT IS ORIGINALLY
NOT PASSED FROM PRDA. NOW WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM IN FUTUREIF ANY AND PLS SUGGEST HOW IT CAN BE CORRECTED IF ANY. THE BUILDING IS 3 STOREYED CONSTRUCTED ON THE LAND OWNED BY THE BUILDER AND PROPERY BUILT WITH ALL FACILITY LIKE ELECTRICITY AND WATER TAKEN FROM MUNICIPAL AND MUTATION OF FLAT ALSO DONE .

If map is not approved by the concerned authority they may took legal action against you, before that you issue a legal notice to the builder and claim the damages.

thanks for your advice.If I give legal notice can my builder provide me the correct map from authority now.

what may happen to my property in which i have invested so much if he fails to do so .
