neighour has poured petrol and kerosene mix to my house on May 8th at 2am (early Morning) local police refused to file a case or FIR on them since they have Money and Man power. After long request they have done FIR on May 21st 2014, but charge sheet not been raised on them. since my FIR wil expiry on this month , what next step i have take to make police to do charge sheet on them and make them to arrest for the offence they have done. FIR should not get expiry, i m so scared ,, if its expired and we do no next step what they will take to harm us. Pls suggest me.. its very urgent...
