As you advised, I will not create any docs but I fear to apply for divorce as my wife immeadiately lash with DV/498A cases.

Looks like although you took several Personal loas, court did not consider and alloted huge maintenance amount to your wife. So  seems like I will be helpless in this regard.

siddharth sir like to knw thgh this type of affidavit is required and valid in delhi only, can one submit the affidavit in this format in other state ?
