payment of variable pay

Sir I have been employed by union bank of India as customer relationship executive for a contract of two years on may 2012 at ongole for doing insurance and mutual funds business related to bank. in my appointment letter the bank has mentioned that I'm eligible for claiming variable pay@ commission on what ever the insurence business done by me. On 2013 on my request the bank accepted to render my services from kadapa branch. By 2014 our contract terminated after that I have claimed my variable pay by bank on 2014. The officials asked for recorded proof of business which I submitted by getting it from my specified person code which I got by appearing and qualifying the IRDA exam.after verification of the records the bank officers asked conformation of the business from branch manager which also submitted but now they are showing other causes and delaying delaying AND now they are even not responding to me. On Frustated mind I have contacted one lawyer and sent one legal notice even then the official's are not responding to me now what I need to do
