Party in person and evidence submission need affidavit?

My wife has deserted intentionally in the greed of huge maintenance/alimony.

1. I would like to fight the case as ‘Party in Person’. Does an application with appropriate court stamp fee suffice or do I need to affidavit the application?

2. While submitting electronic evidence like phone call record, sms and video recording. Does an application under The Indian Evidence Act 65-B with appropriate court stamp fee suffice or do I need to affidavit the application?
