Hi All,
We live in an apartment which has A Block which is in front facing road and B block which is behind A Block. Now for land acquisition they have given notice to raze A Block. Now B Block residents saying that we will be vacated and our land share will be taken and not theirs. My question here is ..
1) Will the compensation given to apartment association ?
2) Since my land share could be anywhere do I still have a hold of the same in that bigger land area ?.
3) If the money is given to association how about the apartment of ours which is getting razed ?.
4) Btw how would the compensation be ?
Anyhelp on the same is appreciated..
