Own a property

Hi,

I would like to own a property. The property is around 70-80 years old. Its not RCC construction. Plot is NA.

Banks are not ready to give loans. Please suggest me what are the options I could try.

Obtain building fittness certificate from the local municipal adminstration and apply for the loans by banks, cooperative societies, private banks, financial institutions. etc.

A building as old as 80 to 90years would be attracting unfit living condition clauses, therefore it deserves only land value and not building value, consult a local lawyer and then proceed as per his advise on the subject issue.
