Order and decree

Hi Friends,

In how many days of pronouncement of Order, can we get Order and Decree from the District Court (Family Court).

My query is pertaining to Divorce matter.

Once the Judgment is prepared it is signed and pronounced in Open Court and directions for preparing Decree Sheet is directed accordingly by the Ld. PO.

Check with Court Reader / Clerk if the Judgment has been prepared and then signed. If it has been then apply for Certified Copy of the Judgment from Certifying Agency of the Court and Decree Sheet in matrimonial cases are given mostly free of cost. by court Clerk themselves from the file.
