I live in an apratment in Chennai near mogapair area where one of the internal road was converted as shuttle play ground. everyday morning some of the residence play there shouting loudly. When I objected , the did not listen. I wrote to the builder and after some time they moved away to another road. There was objection raised and they again came back to the place opposite to my house. There is a designated play area created by the builder as in the layout, and they say thet there is wind there so they will not play here. Most of the people who play are members of adhoc committie which was formed by them self. I have written many complaint to these people and builder which is unheared. I suffer because of loud shouting from 5:30 Am to 7;30 am and during this time my son is not able to study . I wanted to take some other residence who are also affected but they do not want to come forward as they are affraid of the mebers of adhoc committie. Can some body help me to take appropriate action?
