Non za land information

I am interested in a land in uttarakhand which is 25 bighas and is in non za category. I want to know if i can get its registry done and what is the procedure involved in it, how much time will it take to get it registered.

You can file application seeking such information under RTI Act before Public Information officer, Sub-registrar as per format of application and fee prescribed in Uttara Khand. You can seek information as follows:

Information solicited:

1)Please provide me the laid down procedure for purchasing of Land in Survey No.......at............village of 25Bhigas of NZ category.

2.Please provide time frame fixed for getting registration as per citizen charter.
