Non compliance

Hi,

(1) Can someone help clarify or point to any material to help understand a Writ Appeal filed as Non-Compliance of Office objections. Is there a time limit after a respondent loses a preceding writ pettion within which such a Writ Appeal is to be filed ?

(2) What is the procedure to get a copy of a Writ Appeal filed by a counter party when the matter is yet to come up before the Karnataka High court and is pending with the for admission ?

Thanks

You can apply for the certified copy by filing an affidavit for what reason it is required.
