IF SOMEBODY GAVE ME A CHEQUE THEN EVADING NOTICE BY SHIFTING HIS OFFICE & AT NEW OFFICE ALSO THE NOTICE IS NOT SERVED DUE TO THE ADDRESS BEING INCOMPLETE THEN WHAT ALL JUDGEMENTS CAN BE THERE IN SUPPORT THERETO.

You do not know the person who gave you cheque so how you will prove its legality.

no problem actual you give the notice to opposite party on right address which is given by op to you..after dishonour of cheque a legal notice is issued by your lawyer ...

in N.I.ACT  notice send to op is must but service of notice is not required...

in your case you send the notice to op right address which is given by op to you in mean time he change his office but you dont  know about the  address of new office....

i think judgment will go in  your favour..............

Tandon ji please read the act again .

There are two rquirements one giving notice and second payment after recieving notice.

The offense will be if money claimed is not paid withing 15 days of reciept of notice.
