Need urgent help - restraining order against cousin

Dear Friends,

I need help, a desperate help I can say. My Parents are living in village & I am a working professional with a MNC. My father’s elder brother’s son who is also living in village is demanding a common access to enter his home. However, it’s been mutually accepted by my Father & his Father that common access will be granted only on condition if they will not sell the property to any other person. Now, they’ve sold the part of property to third person & he’s demanding the access which my father has refused as it is not complying the mutually agreed & signed documents (Vyavastha Patra). We’ve also broken up all the relationship with them & told them whatever they want to claim from ourside they can but legally.

But my cousin has started threating my parents & this is not the first time this issue has been raised. Once when I was little he even stood hand on my Mother but my parents didn’t take any legal action as it was a family matter. But this time I’ve taken up the matter & I want to complain against his threating & want a restraining order.

Is this possible to take restraining order under above said circumstances.

You can give complaint to the local municipal authorities. They must give a solution or else file an injunction suit in local civil courts.
