Need expert advice on my case.
6 months back , One of my friend lodged false FIR against me u/s 354 ,354 a ,354b & 354D , 506 also.
I was sent to JC also but got bail after 10 days as my wife showed some evidences of her to Court & Judge also gt to knw that may be girl put some false allegations on me. This girl put same allegations on other guy also last year.
Since starting, in investigation IO didn't found any evidence against me as that was all fake allegations. That girl was also not in contact with him. She & her whole family changed address and contact details and shifted their house also.
In starting , IO took my electronic gadgets with him as per Court order but last month only I got releasing order from Court as IO gave in writing in Court that he didn't found anything in those Gadgets against me in respect of FIR also.
He also said to my family that he didn't find any evidence against me. May be all the allegations were fake which that girl put on me.
But he didn't file any Chargesheet till yet. He knows that I m innocent and nothing will gt prove against me.
In starting , IO helped & support that Girl alot.
Till date neither he nor Court didn't take my statement in this case.
We are waiting for Chargesheet so that we will do further proceedings as Court put some Limitations on me due to which I m facing many problems in Professional life. I can lose my job also due to this.
I consult my Counsel also for this but we are not getting any satisfactory answer from him.
I need expert advice on this How can we move further to close this Case asap and what will we do to come out from this safely.
