Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to change my name from Doctor Upadhyay to Deepak Upadhyay.I want to confirm is it possible to change it in 10th/12th/Graduation certificate ?. If not will Pvt/Govt companies accept this affedevit ?.As many people says that Companies will not consider for job because they would think I have change this to avoid any legal/unleagal incident/crime.
Pls tell the total procedure for all this.
Any help in this will be appriciated.

If you want to change the name in the marks card, you will have to follow the procedure u/s 80 of CPC. You can file a suit for mandatory injunction but limitation plays vital role. Regarding sec 80 of CPC consult your lawyer he will explain.
