My grand father got his patitioned property with his father and brothers in1965.
my grand father has two sons. and 3 grand childrens. sons are not alive.
so, my grand father make a settlement in favour of 2 grand childrens of one son in 2003.
the another son can able to claim for share? or not?
please guide me
