l am from Mumbai Jogeshwari. my father was sale his room without my mom's permission. this rooms comes under pahadi system.
my question is, when they transfer this property to another person that time court or any legal institution does not required to call my mother for her signed or her NOC. why?.
I need to cancel this entire transaction. so what can I do?
please guide us. URGENT...
