sirs, i m working in upsrtc,as storekeeper.my employer/g.m. promoted more then one junior person as store suprintendent whose juniormost in the base seniority list. we three time sent apeal to g.m./c.g.m./m.d.,but result is nothing.on the promotion date of junior we r more senior then him and the seniority list was not refreshed on the date of promotion.in our cadre the circular is clear that the promotion will based on seniorty list.i am a medium income level employee,will you want to help me, that what i have to do.pl reply n oblige
