Hi i am working as a assistant commandant in Indian coastguard as Group A gazetted officer since 9 months.I want to move for civil services,by applying it.Am i eligible to apply for civil services Prelims and mains.Because i sincerely want to move in civils services.If i am saying them the same,will coastguarad give me NOC.Please suggest me pros and cons of the situation....
