Hello,
We have purchsed flat in kon gaon having local Gram panchayat permissions.
However, as per MMRDA SOP ground floor construction is illegal and somehow builder managed to build up ground floor area as well. Hence, our building has declared as illegal and got an notice from MMRDA on demolition.
Is there any way, where we can save our flates ?
I would be appreciate your quick response on the same.

check out the guidlines of MMRDA, and contact there engineers whether rectifing structure of your building can safe ur flats or not
