Is dr any law to fyt against misuse of harijan act.. actually Some neighbours of our get drunk n shout n abuse out of our home.. bt when my dad protested against them they abused him n when we actuaĺy file a case against them they too now had filed a case against us under harijan act... what do we do nw to get justice?

It is a counter case, since you have already lodged a nuisance case against them, you may not worry about their case, challenge it appropriately.
